1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item received is significantly different from your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- A complete, unedited unboxing video is required for all claims involving missing items, damaged products, defective items, or incorrect orders. The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process without any cuts or pauses. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Printed fabrics made according to customer specifications.
- Bulk, wholesale, or B2B orders unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
- Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the product condition
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Harumi Kartini.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Incorrect items shipped.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damaged products during delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), Harumi Kartini Studio will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The shipping package
- The product
- The shipping label
This helps us investigate with the shipping carrier promptly.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered production or shipment.
Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
